Vouchers issued to Singaporean households through the Community Development Councils that can be spent at participating heartland merchants and supermarkets. They are a form of cost-of-living support and are typically split between hawkers and shops on one side and supermarkets on the other.
Example: A household might use its CDC vouchers to pay for groceries at a participating supermarket and meals at neighbourhood hawker stalls. Tranche amounts change with each disbursement.
Each eligible household received S$300 in the January 2026 tranche, split as S$150 for participating heartland merchants and hawkers and S$150 for participating supermarkets. A further S$500 tranche was made available from 11 June 2026 (S$250 for heartland merchants and hawkers, S$250 for supermarkets).
CDC Vouchers are not means-tested. Every household with at least one Singapore Citizen qualifies, whether you live in an HDB flat or private property, and there is no income test. Only one representative per household needs to claim on the household's behalf.
Log in with Singpass at go.gov.sg/cdcv, select the relevant tranche, and claim — you then receive a voucher link by SMS that you show as a QR code to participating merchants. If you need help, bring your NRIC to your nearest Community Centre or Club.
Each tranche has its own validity window and expires if unspent. The January 2026 tranche is valid until 31 December 2026, so unclaimed or unused vouchers lapse after that date — there is no carry-over to the next year.
