How EQ TCM claims work with this list
- Your medical card shows whether your plan runs on IHP or Alliance Medinet. Use the filter above to see only that network.
- IHP card holders are covered only if the card says "TCM is Covered".
- The Alliance Medinet list asks you to call the clinic before you visit.
- Whether you can use them depends on your company's group plan. Check with HR or your benefits portal that it includes TCM.

EQ publishes two lists: 117 clinics on the IHP TCM network (updated 25 Aug 2026) and 49 on Alliance Medinet's (1 Sep 2026). Which one applies depends on the network printed on your company medical card.
How do I know if my EQ IHP card covers TCM?
Look for "TCM is Covered" on it; the IHP list makes that the condition. For an Alliance Medinet card, HR or your benefits portal can tell you whether your plan includes TCM.
