How Liberty TCM claims work with this list
- Your medical card or app shows whether your plan runs on MHC or IHP. Use the filter above to see only that network.
- IHP card holders are covered only if the card says "TCM is Covered".
- Whether you can use them depends on your company's group plan. Check with HR or your benefits portal that it includes TCM.
- Call the clinic before you go to confirm it still takes your card.

Which TCM clinics can Liberty Insurance members use?
Liberty publishes two lists: 85 clinics on the MHC TCM network (as at Sep 2026) and 102 on the IHP TCM network (as at Aug 2026). Which one applies depends on the network printed on your company medical card.
How do I know if my Liberty IHP card covers TCM?
Look for "TCM is Covered" on it. The IHP list makes that the condition, so a card without the line means your plan leaves TCM out. On an MHC card, ask HR.
