Check SFEC eligibility and work out how much of a course or project the S$10,000 credit pays: 90% of out-of-pocket cost, S$7,000 cap on enterprise grants, 30 Nov 2026 expiry and the fresh credit from 1 Dec 2026.
A one-off S$10,000 credit for employers that pays up to 90% of the out-of-pocket cost of qualifying enterprise and workforce transformation programmes, on top of the main grant.
For the current credit, employers that employed at least three Singapore Citizens or PRs every month over a qualifying period between April 2019 and December 2021. They were notified by April 2022. From 1 Dec 2026 a fresh S$10,000 goes to companies with at least three resident employees.
There is no application. Your Corppass administrator would have received an eligibility letter by email, and qualifying employers see the S$10,000 when they log in to the Business Grants Portal or SkillsFuture for Business.
The current SFEC expires on 30 Nov 2026. Training must end and claims must be made by then; unused credit is forfeited.
At most S$7,000 of the credit can go to enterprise transformation, such as the Enterprise Development Grant or Market Readiness Assistance. There is no cap for workforce transformation, so training and job redesign can use the full S$10,000.
It is the qualifying cost minus the grant you receive. GST is not supportable, so it is left out. SFEC then pays up to 90% of that amount.
SFEC is redesigned as a digital wallet. Eligible companies get a fresh S$10,000 and spend it upfront on workforce programmes such as Job Redesign+ and SWDA-funded courses, instead of claiming it back. They unlock it with a short workforce questionnaire.
No. SkillsFuture Credit is for individuals aged 25 and above. SFEC is paid to employers for programmes they send staff on or run themselves.
